The crown jewel of the town is the Peoria Sports Complex. Located near the town’s main shopping center on Bell Road, the facility has served as the spring training home of Major League Baseball’s Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres since opening in 1994. Both teams are scheduled to continue playing at the park through 2034. The complex, which includes 12 practice fields, is also one of six parks in the state that hosts Arizona Fall League games.
The 12,000-seat stadium has also been the site of the Vans Warped Tour each year since 2002.
